Eligibility; Not Medical Advice: The Site is intended for users 18+. Content is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Services are provided only after a clinical assessment by a licensed provider, who may decline or modify treatment at their sole professional discretion. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Privacy: Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Do not transmit protected health information (PHI) through unsecure channels. We implement commercially reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Intellectual Property; Limited License: All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, videos, and trademarks—is owned by Beauté Paris or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution requires prior written consent.

Online Accounts & Communications: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. SMS/Text Messaging Consent. By providing a mobile number to Beauté Paris, you (1) represent that the number belongs to you personally, is unique to you, and is not shared with other users; (2) authorize Beauté Paris to send recurring SMS/text messages for transactional purposes (e.g., inquiries, scheduling, confirmations, reminders, account notices) and, if you opt in, for marketing/promotional messages; (3) acknowledge that message and data rates may apply; (4) may reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help at any time; and (5) understand that consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving services. If your mobile number changes, you agree to update us promptly. Do not transmit PHI by SMS. Delivery Not Guaranteed. SMS/email reminders are a courtesy and may fail or be delayed; failure to receive a reminder does not waive any applicable late‑cancel/no‑show fees under our Booking & Clinic Policies.

Online Purchases; Payment Authorization: Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. By booking or purchasing, you authorize Beauté Paris to charge the payment method on file for amounts due, including deposits, late‑cancellation fees, no‑show fees, unpaid balances, and other charges permitted under our Booking & Clinic Policies. We may automatically charge the card on file when a balance is due, restrict further bookings until paid, and pursue collections as allowed by law. Sales tax applies where required. We do not bill insurance; HSA/FSA cards may be accepted for eligible services/products at your plan’s discretion.

Gift Cards, Packages, Memberships: All gift cards, prepaid packages/series, and membership dues are final sale and non-refundable. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Additional terms for memberships and series apply (see Booking & Clinic Policies).

Third-Party Links: Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

Prohibited Uses: You agree not to: (a) use any robot/scraper; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access; (c) interfere with Site operation; (d) post defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.

Disclaimer of Warranties: THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEAUTÉ PARIS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS/REVENUE/GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beauté Paris, its owners, employees, and providers from any claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law; Venue: These Terms are governed by Texas law. Exclusive venue lies in state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas. You waive any objection to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Severability; Entire Agreement: If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable, and the remainder will continue in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Site.
